Challenge: With gamers switching between consoles, how does PlayStation reward its loyal fans and reassure new ones they made the right decision?

Solution: Position PlayStation as the undisputed home of gaming heroics and legends under the banner “Where the Greatest Play”. The campaign was a rallying cry for gaming elites and an opportunity to be immortalised, like greats of the past, in real oil paintings celebrating their gaming feats.

And celebrate they did, with more than 50,000 paintings created and over 100 million media impressions.

Out of the 52,561 user-generated paintings, the 40 top-voted Gamer Masterpieces were painted, mounted, and shipped to the winners. Below are a few of my favorites.
